Some time has passed since I’ve seen a trailer that really lives up the the whole “red-band” designation. Back in the Dread Central days, it was pretty common to see ones come across my desk that were heavy on both blood and boobs. As time progressed and the horror genre slipped out of the mainstream again, those sorts of trailers became pretty tame. Then Guto Parente’s ‘Cannibal Club‘ preview hit. Yes, I am please.
The trailer is not for the squeamish, or those who fear both male and female nudity. Enjoy!
Cannibal Club will have a theatrical release on March 1st and available via digital-on-demand on the 5th.
Synopsis:
Otavio and Gilda are a very wealthy couple of the Brazilian elite who have the habit of eating their employees. Otavio owns a private security company and is a notable member of The Cannibal Club. When Gilda accidentally discovers a secret from Borges, a powerful congressman and the Club’s leader, her and her husband’s lives are in grave danger.
