Following the recession, the company I had been working at for about five years decided to cut many jobs. Mine was included in the cost saving measures. This marked the first time since I was 14 that I did not have a job. Unemployment was a total shock to me. The event bruised my ego and the thought of having to be provided for by the government was sickening. In order to keep myself afloat, many things in my collection had to go. Sadly, that also meant that my entire ‘Ghostbusters’ collection had to go.
